Appearance

White powder or granules, easily soluble in water.

Purpose

1. Used as a quick starter, quality improver, leavening agent, buffer, chelating agent, rehydrating agent and bonding agent in food processing.

2. It is used for the acidic components of synthetic leavening agents such as bread and cakes. It has a long time of CO2 generation. It is suitable for melted and baked foods with less moisture content. 

3.It can be used for cheese, luncheon meat, ham, meat products and other phosphates when compounded with other phosphates. Water retention agent for aquatic product processing, rehydration agent for instant noodles;

4. Used as feed additives to strengthen feed nutrition.

Packaging and Storage

25Kg/50Lb kraft paper bag, 1000Kg container bag.

Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated special warehouse. It should be stored separately from toxic and hazardous chemicals
