Appearance

White crystal or powder.

Purpose

1. Used as quality improver, emulsifying and dispersing agent, buffering agent, chelating agent, etc. in food processing, it has obvious chelating and dispersing effects, and can resist flocculation; it can prevent fat oxidation and increase the viscosity of casein. When the PH value is high, it has the effect of inhibiting food spoilage and fermentation.

2. Used in the processing of meat and aquatic products, improve the water holding capacity, keep the meat fresh and tender, and stabilize the natural pigment; it is used in the manufacture of starch, and it is mostly used in combination with other phosphates.

Packaging and Storage

25Kg/50Lb kraft paper bag, 1000Kg container bag.

Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated special warehouse. It should be stored separately from toxic and hazardous chemicals.
